一期一會
天氣微涼時想泡杯熱茶，前些時候收到朋友送的漆器，握在手裡覺得很舒服，於是就決定今天啟用。
原本計劃在工作時邊喝，看著水溫慢慢爬升到100度，快節奏進入工作模式的狀態默默的緩了下來。
想想其實沒差這一兩分鐘，還是替自己好好沖杯熱茶吧。
茶包切換成茶葉，搭配活瓷的壺沖泡的茶湯甘甜清香，第一泡茶湯引我坐在窗邊，腦袋沒有多餘的念頭，只覺得內心祥和舒服，安靜的喝著自己泡的茶。
今天突然多了這一刻，屬於自己的美好時光。
思緒也更清明，重新設定了更符合標準的工作方向。
茶道中的一期一會，說的是一生當中一次重要的機會，也是一種誠心交流的時刻。
太多時候，我們把時間用得過於緊湊，用得密不透風，卻忘了『留白』能帶來從容，以更自然的態度應對生活。
在這季節推移的時節，與自己共處對話，感受生命狀態不同時節的變化與流動，何不也是重要的一期一會呢？
